Rooms at the InterContinental San Francisco are selling quickly! If you are planning on coming to GaymerX but have not gotten your room yet, get one ASAP!! If you wait until rooms are sold out you may have to pay double for a room! We don’t want that to happen!
How to get your room:

This is the link that you need in order to get the special room rate for the con of $219!
2. Click on View Rooms & Rates
3. Select any dates within the group rate (Jul 10-Jul15)
4. You should get a room rate of $219!
If you cannot get the room rate or if the dates are not available, do not panic! Call the hotel at 1(415) 616-6500 and let them know you are looking for the GaymerX group rate.
Again, since rooms ARE going fast, we at the moment cannot guarantee that room rates will be available for long so PLEASE get your rooms now!
Also, some ticket options are starting to sell out as well! Most of you have already gotten your tickets, but remind your friends to get them now or they might have to pay extra at the con!
