The Cosplay Contest will be on Saturday before the concert, with number assignments given until noon on Saturday!

**PLEASE CHECK IN AT CON OPS BETWEEN 10AM AND NOON TO RECEIVE YOUR NUMBERS!!!**

Please ensure you will be available, prepared and checked in.

Due to the number of entries we anticipate, entries will be first come, first serve.

When space runs out, we will create a waitlist- 2 weeks prior to GaymerX2, we will email all participants to ensure their entries and to make space for waitlisted entries.
